A business issue

I am finding it hard as of late to complete commissions unless I am literally home-from-work, sick with the flu.

So... I am wondering if there's anybody out there, who would like to help me!

Here's what I can offer:
♥ I can tutor you so you'll excel at Photoshop
♥ I can teach you tricks to finishing work faster than you do now
♥ I can definitely educate you on color-theory-related things
♥ If you do a significant amount of work on a piece, I will pay you a fair share out of the commission price -- as listed on my front-page. (this is an issue we can debate upon until we reach an agreement that suits us both. "50-50" is fair only if the work input is exactly half-half)

What I expect in return?
♠ a critical eye towards my work, but one that speaks with encouragement, not nitpicking.
♠ patience with things I unfortunately have little patience for - like INKING. or FLAT-COLORING. Vector work in general. 3d posing of models. Stuff like that...
♠ a willingness to learn from me, just as I expect to learn from YOU. We each have our strenghts...
♠ joyful skype chatting when we both feel like it
